We are looking for a team-oriented Inside Sales and Marketing Administrator with strong skills that drive sales numbers in various markets. Organization will be vital in the success of this position as the individual must be able to communicate and plan their activities to drive growth and minimize wasted time. This position has the potential to grow their pay with added commissions for meeting sales goals. Our company represents the best manufactures and is an industry leader! This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and market. This position will be a hybrid role as some in office work and meetings are necessary. Initial training will be in office and remote work will be dependent upon learning position. Some of the responsibilities of this position consists of:

  • Quoting and Scheduling of Lift Inspections
  • Quoting sales estimates for Service and Construction
  • Distributor of Leads from Internal and External customers
  • Bid management and calendar
  • Margin responsibilities, understand P&L to meet corporate goals
  • Assist Purchasing department on order placement/lead times
  • Marketing plans and promotions
  • Assist with incoming calls
  • All hands-on deck employee willing to do go the extra mile to Get It Right

Requirements

  • Sales and Marketing experience preferably in the automotive service market
  • Ethical and High Energy individual willing to work hard and win business the right way
  • Self-starter motivated by being successful and communicate with all levels within the company
  • Multi-Tasker willing and able to maintain and grow customer and vendor relationships

Compensation and benefits:

  • Full Time
  • Pay plus commission based
  • Review after 90-days for potential salary increase based on performance
