Equipment Installer – Automotive Equipment

Immediate Full-Time position. Technician will install/service/inspect automotive lifts, fluid distribution, compressed air, etc. Mechanical ability and Welding certification is a plus. Typically, persons with knowledge and experience of Plumbing, Electrical, Millwright, Fabrication, and such trades make excellent candidates. Candidate must have a clean driving record due to company vehicle provided.

• Install all facets of an automotive service shop to include and more:
• Air compressors, air tubing, air dryers and various associated equipment
• In-ground and above ground vehicle lifts, hydraulic power plants and piping
• Pneumatic air pumps, regulators, and associated equipment
• Bulk oil delivery systems: Computer based, manually operated, etc…
• Various kinds of piping installation: Carbon steel, PVC, Aluminum, Galvanized
• Installing bulk oil tanks
• Used fluid storage systems with electronic alarm systems
• Under slab PVC installations, exhaust removal, chase lines
• Overhead Shop Fans
• Industrial Tool Cabinets and other furnishings

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of basic mechanical knowledge and experience
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Pre-employment Drug Test
• Travel is required, hotel arrangements and daily per diem provided
• Individuals with a history of electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and automotive repair will have success.

Compensation:

• Salary Range – Based on Experience
